Class composites are delivered at a later time. Because they include every student, they can only be created after retake day. Once all photos are taken, the composite goes through a proofing and approval process with the school.

Composites are only printed and shipped after the school approves a final version. Most schools receive their composites between January and April, depending on their photo schedule and approval timeline.

To view or order photos online, please create an online account using the email address you provided to the school at myshop.hrimaging.com.

If you’re unsure which email address was used, you can still set up your account by entering your student’s Subject ID.

Online orders placed after picture day: Orders shipping directly to students’ homes typically ship within 7-10 business days. During peak season (late Fall), processing may take 2-3 weeks due to higher order volume.

Prepaid Orders: Prepaid orders shipping to your student’s school typically go out 3-4 weeks after the images are received at HR Imaging.

Photos are available to view online 10-14 business days after the images are received at HR Imaging. Once your images are available, you will receive an email notification letting you know the images are available to view and purchase.

Digital downloads follow the same processing timeline as printed photos. Once the images are secured, identified, and edited, digital downloads are made available. You will receive an email with the download link. The image is provided in full resolution and is not cropped, allowing you to crop or size it as you choose.

Please visit myshop.hrimaging.com and login or create an online account. Once logged in, select My Orders. You will see the option “Retrieve Digital Download.” Select this option to download your image.

Orders shipping via USPS will not have a tracking number.

Each student’s order is processed separately, even if the orders were placed at the same time. Because of this, packages are shipped individually and may arrive on different delivery days.

For orders shipped to your home, please allow 10–12 business days from the ship date for delivery. These orders are sent via USPS, and delivery times can vary once the package is in transit.

No, you do not need to purchase another package. Your student should bring their original picture package with them on retake day. Once retakes have been completed and processed, an updated package will be sent.

Yearbooks are delivered before the end of the school year and are typically received at the school between late April and the end of May.

Your child’s photos will remain available in your online account for two school years.
